This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made within AudioLaunch. Because AudioLaunch is distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, all payments are processed by the store, not by AudioLaunch directly. This means most refund requests must be made through the store where you purchased. This policy tells you exactly how — and describes the additional rights you have under Dutch and EU consumer law.

All purchases are digital goods delivered electronically and become available to use immediately after payment is confirmed.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Boek 6, Titel 5, Afdeling 2B), consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA) generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
You can exercise the 14-day withdrawal right if you have not yet started using the digital content you purchased.
When you buy digital content that is delivered immediately (such as credit bundles, subscriptions, or unlocks inside AudioLaunch), the Store will ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. This is required by EU law for digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium.

Google Play generally offers a 2-hour self-service refund window for accidental purchases, and further automated eligibility up to 48 hours for many purchases. To request:
If the Google Play window has closed, Google will direct you to contact the developer. Email support@audio-launch.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. We will review it against this policy and, where appropriate, submit a developer-initiated refund through the Play Console.
Cancelling an AudioLaunch Pro subscription stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To cancel:
If you purchased on an iOS device or via iTunes, Apple handles billing and refunds directly.
Apple will email you a decision, typically within 24–48 hours (up to 7 days in some cases). The outcome is at Apple's discretion based on their policies.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. To cancel:
Regardless of the 14-day withdrawal right, under Dutch consumer law (Boek 7 BW, Afdeling 2B — conformity of digital content) and Directive (EU) 2019/770, you are entitled to a conforming product. This means the content must:
If AudioLaunch or a specific feature you purchased is defective, fails to work as described, or cannot be delivered due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to have the issue remedied — in order: repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. These rights cannot be waived.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will assist you in obtaining a refund through the Store.
Outside your statutory rights, refunds are generally not granted in the following cases:
Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU law (see Section 6) always take precedence over this section.
If a purchase was made accidentally — for example, by a child using your device without permission — we recommend requesting a refund directly through the Store (see Sections 4 and 5). Both Google and Apple have established procedures for unauthorized purchases and typically resolve these quickly.
To help prevent accidental purchases in the future:
If AudioLaunch Pro is offered with a free trial or introductory price, the following applies:
If we raise the price of a subscription, the Store will notify you and require your active consent before charging the new price. If you decline, your subscription ends at the next renewal, and you keep access until then. No refund is due for the final paid period at the old price.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your refund request, EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You can also contact the Dutch consumer authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) at acm.nl. Nothing in this policy limits your right to pursue claims in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes do not retroactively apply to purchases made before the change takes effect.
